Cancellation Policy
We understand that things happen and we run behind schedule. We offer a 10 minute grace period for appointments. A $15 late fee applies if appointments are delayed by more than 10 minutes. Please notify us if you anticipate running more than 15 minutes late to avoid cancellation.
Please note our 50% cancellation policy. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to appointments may incur charges.
